It is very hard to find a dentist that was accepting new patients and pediatric at that. My daughter is 6. They were able to get her in within a weeks time. Everything was explained prior to the appointment that they may need to refer her out if there were any cavities etc. also if they weren’t able to get X-rays. I figured it’s worth a shot anyway being I was having such a hard time finding somewhere to bring my six year old. We went in and the appointment went great! Dr. Franco went above and beyond along with Audrey. They were able to get X-rays done, an exam, and her cleaning all in one visit. Dr. Franco spent time showing my daughter all of the utensils she would be using and explained how they worked and showed her before attempting to do anything. She helped put her mind at ease. Thank you to everyone from the time we in the door out of the chair! Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at my visit for a general cleaning/checkup! I was checked in by Becky at the front, who made sure everything was squared away and set up as this was my first visit as a new patient to the practice. The lobby was quite busy today but they made sure to get to everyone quickly. I had my x-rays done with Laykin and Chaniya. Normally, I dread this part of a visit because it’s usually the most uncomfortable part of the appointment for me, but they were both very attentive in making sure I was doing alright, making the necessary adjustments when I was uncomfortable, and making sure I could take breaks to rest my jaw/tongue when it got to be a bit much. I really appreciated that even in the chaos of a busy morning, they weren’t in a rush to get me out of the room and made sure to get the images they needed without compromising my comfort. I had my cleaning and exam with Dr. Pan. This office screens for other health conditions using a saliva test , and he made sure to go over my results and how my dental health correlates with my general health in a way I’ve never really experienced at another office before. Even though I was just in there for a cleaning, when I brought up that I was interested getting a replacement nightguard they were able to get me a quote and take some scans to send out to the lab the same day. Overall I think the staff here truly value the experience that their patients have, and everyone does their part to make sure that the you’re as comfortable and as informed about the process of their care as possible. — The office is quite nice too (cute Christmas gnomes!), and they give you your choice of what to watch or listen to on a monitor while they’re working on you, which I thought was a fun touch.
